Hey hey, Thanks so much for this..

A few years back, in the early stages of a health crisis recovery, I was doing (over-doing for several reasons, and I know that now) my daily Wim Hof breathing before falling asleep. I was on my 6th round and after taking the big breath in at the end, I “heard”/felt something click or snap in my left temple. Yikes eh? Its never really healed. I can’t sing or raise my voice really. Inversion table is out of the question.

Any insights or advice is most welcome!

I am eager to know what Dr Barre says but I imagine letting your head float in salty water and cranial sacral therapy could help .

      Hey Diane, thank you 😀
I asked about Cranial Sacral once and the gal wanted no part of it (haha). The story freaked her out a bit. My Chiro was a bit nervous adjusting my neck the first couple of times too. But that was one of the potential culprits, was something not being properly innervated in my neck..
