Hi Dr. Barre. What is the recommended length of time a person should take Symbio Forti. What would be signs that they should stop taking it? Are there side effects if taken for too long? Thank you!

Hi Angie

SymbioFort can be taken any time for digestive symptoms, and for long-term Gut Terrain restoration as well. For the latter 1-3 months 2X daily .. the combo SymbioFort/Para is also great for both intestinal and urinary systems. Since there will be a die-off of higher valence organisms accompanied by detoxification it’s good to interrupt the SymbioFort or any of the other Symbiopathics with a week or two of Mucor-Asper for a systemic lymphatic-microcirculation flush.
