Hello Dr Barre & AV fam,

I have a family member that just discovered she has a cyst on each ovary. 8.5cm on one, and 4.5cm on the other. Is there a way to remedy this? or does this even need to be remedied?

She deeply trust her body, and knows this is an opportune moment to learn more. She’s look into GNM and will try castor oil packs. Would an Isopathic help? Any recommendations or direction is greatly appreciated.

Giving up dairy resolved mine. They were pretty painful, I feel for her.

I have similar experience with ovarian cyst 12 years ago and mine were larger than hers. My doctor want to remove it but I said no and choose to work with my body. At that time I was at the age close to perimenopause so I read that it may disappear after menopause. I did self healing work by communicating with my body and asking what it needs and what the possible cause for the cysts. After a lot of self healing work, I went back to the doctor 6 month later and the cysts has halved in size so the doctor were quite impressed and said to come back after in 6 months for another check up and by then it almost disappeared. I used Dr Christiane Northrup book Women’s Bodies Women’s Wisdom as guidance for my self healing works. Hope it may help.

Might wanna research iodine and cysts. In remember in a podcast of Dr group he mentioned the need for iodine when a cyst shows up. Might be helpful?
