A dear friend, a woman age 75, has been diagnosed with osteoporosis and she’s interested in discovering the best for her wellbeing …I suggested cell salts, and told her that her body is taking care of her, perhaps an over acid system, from my recollections. She’s been under extreme stress because of troubles with her factory making health bars, and has lost a lot of weight, has had head injuries and pneumonia. Does not intent to take prescriptions (thankfully!). Any ideas?

I have a lot of inflammation, mine is mostly the result of acid if not entirely, I recently went to an almost all fruit diet, in less then 2 weeks I’d say 50% or more of my inflation is GONE! There’s more to it then that but seems stress for me was the leading cause and then diet, so managing the stress, every time I feel it, Wim Hoff, 30 breaths 2-3 times if possible and then avoiding the acid foods. Good luck.
