PennyMemberThe Ethereal spirit “Hun” is commanded while we are alive, by our liver. The Hun enjoys coming and going as it pleases ant night and this causes dreaming. You can think of the Hun as your dream/astral walking body if you like.
You want to look at your liver closely. When the liver is scarred or fatty or toxic, the Hun doesn’t get to travel as it wishes and may end up even where it would rather not be sometimes.(nightmares)
The most common issue I see is high blood sugars/insulin spikes damaging the liver as well as folks eating too close to bedtime. Food stagnation in the belly overnight ticks off the liver and restrains the freedom of Hun. The liver can also be thought of as “the general” of the body so when it gets mad, it gets mad. The liver can also start to get rowdy if you are blood deficient, caused by such thing as heavy periods, surgery, trauma etc, this is reflected by pale complexion and lassitude (dude, I just don’t want to do anything today)
Some common signs of liver problems are anger/wrath, bloated belly (does your belly obstruct you from seeing your feet partially or completely when you look down)? Yellowish or greenish skin and eye tone and extra belly fat.
Toxins: pharmaceuticals, alcohol, OTCs especially Tylenol (acetaminophen) white sugars, simple grains and breads, gmo seed oils, xenoestrogens.
While digging into the liver there are a couple things you can do. Place mugwort beneath your pillow, take a b-complex with thiamin in it. I like brewers yeast for this but there are other whole food supplement choices, and use AV coffee enemas. Close your feeding window incrementally. Lastly, but most certainly not leastly, praying.

MatiaMemberwhile it could be something that can be solved chemically/biologically its also important to consider the possibility of night terrors being manifestation of unresolved or blocked emotions – as was the case for me once.
however I did find relief through L-Theanine, Lemon Balm, Blue Lotus (smoked), and magnesium oil topically.
