Lack of Dominant Blood flow to hands

I have a friend who has been experiencing debilitating pain in his hands. Was told he lacks Dominant Blood Flow to his hands. As a carpenter, his hands have been pretty banged up over the years. He is currently taking Tylenol every 6-8 hours which only takes the edge off. If not for that, he curls up in the fetal position. Also had a finger amputated last year and they pushed a tetanus shot on him and he began to have difficulty walking. Do you have ANY advice that may help him? 😟 He’s getting worn out with the pain and losing hope. Thank you in advance.
