Dr. Barre, I’ve waited perhaps a bit too long to ask you about this. But, I’m trying not to be too frightened, so here goes. My BP has been what they call normal (120-70-80) until a 3-4 years ago went it went up…140s/90s, then it continued to 160s/100s at times. I’m now 63yrs and weigh 126lbs, 5’6′. I’ve noticed off and on in the last year I have times when the heart rate seems fast, but not always. For a few weeks now it is staying in the 130s when I am just cleaning around in the kitchen for an hour and otherwise maybe the 111-120s. Noticing my energy is not the same and seeing a bit of very slight swelling in my feet. Testing at home my BS is maybe 90. My ph (urine & salvia) runs close to 6.5 or a bit higher sometimes. I have all 3 of your Calciums ( but recently stopped when this started. I based the use of calcium on ph and on Radiesthesia. The Ozone equipment was shipped on Friday. And, I placed an order with Dr. Cowan for his Strophanthus (not sure it is meant for this) and his NADH Vision (which seems to also be for the heart/blood vessels). I use your Coffee for enemas and take your Minerals, some Zodiac Cell Salts (but I have them all), and recently C60. I know certain events that occurred around this BP change back then. Some financially stressful, several EMF related events at once (which still includes being close to 5G towers as in less than 1/2 mile). While I don’t think this made me sick, but perhaps it plays a part somehow at the same time I received 3 tick bites. I didn’t worry or do anything because I’ve had so many tick bites growing up…it didn’t seem like a big deal to me. But, it occurred right when I had taken a few days of oregano oil to try to clear up what I thought back then was some sort of sinus infection bothering my breathing at night. I now guess that is the nasal polyp that developed. No meds and no other condition other than endometriosis prior to menopause. I’m sure this is difficult for you since you know nothing else about me and can’t examine me. Any thoughts you have are appreciated. If you know of anyone I could see in the Charlotte, NC area or even Asheville which in only 2 hours away that would be great as well. My first thought is my blood is thick/stasis/stagnation, but beyond sun, grounding, and good food…I don’t know what else to do. Thank you for your time!

Hi Mary.. This got my attention and I can relate a little bit, so I thought I’d throw out a bit of something for you..

I used to take a diuretic for HBP, and a few years ago I ended up in the ER with acute tachycardia (rapid heart rate of 180+).. I was told the diuretic leached Potassium from my system, which stressed the blood vessels and caused this to happen (having to do with the relative loss of the elasticity and integrity of blood vessel walls, making things work harder).. I started taking a Potassium supplement, and have had no issues like that since.. So I can at least relate to the alarm of a rapid heart rate..

A year and a half ago I went off of the diuretic and controlled by BP with Omega fats (Flax oil).. I did that successfully for an entire year.. Then about 6 months or so ago the HBP came back all of a sudden, and it was attended with a very strong heartbeat as well as a slightly elevated heart rate at times (though not as high as 130.. only about 100-110, as I remember).. I had to go back on the diuretic just to stop the bleed.. My BP was as high as 160/110 or so.. And the strong heartbeat is more pronounced and uncomfortable a bit when I lay horizontal, and I can feel it radiating through blood vessels with a somewhat elevated pulse rate..

All of this of course is part of a larger integrated whole, with some other things going on, which came on all of sudden — (including icicle fingers, somnolence, disorientation & dizziness, complete loss of hair on my legs, etc)..

My own story is not the focus here, so I just wanted to share what I *just* read a few minutes ago regarding cell salts.. It’s from the article called “Chemistry of the Living Tissues” by Santos Bonacci.. It caught my attention, as vascular health has become a thing for me over the years (including varicose veins and spider veins in my feet and face, HBP, pounding heartbeat, etc)..

The screenshots below are from the section on Pisces and Iron Phosphate (Ferr Phos).. It’s in regards to the health of blood vessel walls and increased heart rate.. Of course, also, as I’m just diving into cell salts, Calcium Fluoride under Cancer is associated with elasticity and strength of tissues as well.. And I did see spider veins and varicose veins being associated with deficiencies of other salts as well, but would have to go back through and study it all a lot more.. That’s just to say that there are associations with blood vessels with multiple salts from what I can tell..

But for now, this is just what I discovered today regarding Ferr Phos and vascular health.. I hope this is helpful somehow, or maybe you already know this..

@Kev , Thank you! Your story is helpful! While we all are unique, often there is so much that is similar. From what you wrote I know you understand the fear that comes in, but at the same knowing that makes it worse. Well, I do have my minerals covered pretty well I think (I hope). I take Dr. Barre’s minerals twice, sometimes 3 times a day. I take Dr. Cowan’s Sea Plasma water each morning. I mix his Beet crystals into water to drink and the same with his Hibiscus Extract maybe twice a day. There is another company that makes electrolytes drops (Eidon Ionic Minerals) that I take in 2 divided doses. But, what you bring up is important…diuretics (and perhaps other things) could deplete minerals. Coffee enemas, too. Taking too many single mineral supplements vs a multi like Dr. Barres might create something similar.
I do take both of the cell salts you mentioned. One is part of my Zodiac salts and the other is one my husband takes (because of his previous DVT) and once I realized (as you did) it may help me I added it on. Perhaps I should read back up on some of the others as you mentioned.

This has been an issue that has really came to the fore for me lately too and seems pretty synchronistic, so I thought Id chime in.
Aside from all the basics and keeping my spine/posture on point, Ozone seems to bring mine down around 10 points, so I’m hopeful for you there. Also, I like Jose Silva or the Twin Hearts Meditation to try to cool down a bit.
Good luck and try not to worry, as that makes it worse of course! Looking forward to Docs thoughts for ya!

@Hinterlanders , Thank you! Your thoughts are very helpful and appreciate hearing what is working for you. I’m happy to hear Ozone might make a difference. In my mind I though by bringing in more “oxygen” then it would have to make a bit of a difference. Regardless, it helps so much to hear it helps you. I was outside a couple of hours today (no trails in the sky today) and I saw that brought the heart rate down a bit, too. 🙏

Great answers people have given! Barbara o Neal said that cayenne pepper was helpful for high and low Bp. I take a shake of it in olive oil morning and night just to help keep my blood healthy.

Hmm, interesting.. I’d heard of that of course, but tend to avoid Cayenne due to being a big blood thinner for me.. But I did make Cayenne tincture a while back, just to have on-hand or give to someone else that could use it.. Might be worth giving it a test run, see what happens.. And then it makes me wonder about Hawthorn berries as well, a cardio-tonic.. I tried Arjuna for HBP, an Ayurvedic herb, but it had no effect after several weeks..

Someone shared this recently in AV’s Telegram. I’m giving it a try. It does bring down heart rate if you use enough of it. I’m trying tincture form. I’ve always added Cayenne in to my morning elixer (water, lemon, homemade ginger water, bit of honey (added when water is not too hot), and some cayenne. Evidently not enough to make a difference.
However, the tincture I bought with 10 drops I do see the heart rate coming down a bit. Maybe, 10 or more points. Sure made it easier to sleep last night. I hope it isn’t a harmful thing in large quantities, but certainly less than Big Harma, I would think. I wonder if over time, you can decrease or stop it. Would be nice to know why one has these things.

I do like Barbara, too. By the way…Nice to have her on AV someday.

That morning tonic sounds incredible.. I like to do ginger tea after dinner to help with my tummy.. I grate ginger root (or finely chop) and simmer it for at least an hour.. I prefer a tea with deep amber color.. That’s potent!.. (with a touch of cane sugar to make it yummy)..

But that’s also good advice on the Cayenne tincture — just 10 drops.. Methinks I’ll try that and see what happens.. I have a blood pressure cuff (not sure how accurate it is, as it was the only model my insurance would cover, so a cheapo.. and my systolic can vary by up to 15-25 points if I do two readings right in a row).. But I haven’t been checking my numbers for months now.. Maybe I’ll check in and do that and then the Cayenne if I need it.. 🕺

Good luck, Kev! I’m trying a couple of other things that arrived today. Typical of me, I hit it with so many things that I have no idea which helped the most, lol! But, if I can just see some improvement I will be very happy. Very worrisome. I don’t worry about dying, but being in a half-way situation does worry me. I expect everyone feels that way. Let me know if you try the Cayenne if you see a difference.🙏

Miss Mary.. Checked my BP today (morning & evening), and systolic was 153 and 155.. (diastolic was less than 100).. Cayenne tincture is on my to-do to start tomorrow.. Apparently, omega fats aren’t working anymore — Flax oil *and* Nigella oil.. That’s disappointing.. So….

Mary.. just a short follow-up.. I tried Cayenne tincture 2 days ago.. Just 10 drops and boiled water to evaporate the alcohol.. I did not feel well after I took it, and immediately.. Difficult to describe, but it was a bit of a trip of some sort, and not at all a fun trip, a bit frightening actually.. But recently I haven’t been tolerating herbal medicine at all.. It’s almost like everything puts me out of whack in some way, from instant nausea, to my body vibrating like a plucked string, a bit of tripping & disorientation and not thinking clearly.. all hard to describe.. it’s almost like an assault on my body.. And all of this right after I started taking Cell salts & C60 & an Isopathic.. Those things have been so good for me, it’s like the other things like herbals are out of resonance with what my body is going through.. Oh, and after the Cayenne I noticed a couple bruises on my legs later that day, and when I injected insulin (which can draw a drop of blood sometimes), the blood was very very thin.. So, no bueno on the blood thinning.. I’m apparently hypersensitive to that potential effect.. 🌶

@Kev , I’m sorry that did not work for you. Would have been easy and less expensive. Once again, we are all unique and what causes the symptoms/response in each of use can be different, too. It does help my pulse rate a bit and I have added a couple of things that I mentioned earlier from Dr. Cowan’s site. Together, I am seeing it reduce to lower levels. I would prefer not to have to always use these, they are expensive. I would like to know the “why” behind all this. I’m so glad the other products are helping you! I use Radiesthesia as well to help me choose products and that has helped as well.
