New to the community. Hope Dr B or someone has knowledge on what would cause H.Pylori build up. Someone close to me has been put on antibiotics to remedy and wanted to understand what the real root cause could be and a natural way to remedy. Let me know any suggestions. Thank you. Brian

.My understanding is H. Pylori is a normal part of the Microbiome. It gets over abundant because of an imbalance in the micro biome. Killing it off is not the way to get the balance. Antibiotics tend to make things worse unless it’s a life or death situation. Diet is the best way to heal this. A consult w an AyurVedic N.D practitioner could be helpful.

Additionally- from a holistic point of view, stress and a lack of clear boundaries in relationships can feed this imbalance.

Best to you and your friend?

    Hi, Brian,

I’m working with a very good functional health practitioner who had me do a GI Map test to discover an overgrowth of H. Pylori – which was likely a main culprit in my chronic acid reflux and sinusitis. She put me on a month regimen of matula tea, 2 cups a month. Here’s the online source: https://matulatea.com/

I’m waiting for the results of a followup test, but the acid reflux is gone, so I’m expecting to see a nice balance in the results!

Apparently at least half of us have H Pylori, and I was not able to find any other reason for it.. would make sense that it’s part of the normal biome and just gets out of whack.

Carol – your assessment “stress and a lack of clear boundaries in relationships can feed this imbalance” makes TOTAL sense in my case. Eek! Thank you for that nugget of clarity! 😀

    Hey Brian

The cause of any micro-organism/parasite over-proliferation is a compromised terrain, so treatment ALWAYS begins with efforts to restore a functional balance. The presence of higher valence microorganisms means there is a recycling and/or restoration project at hand. When these organisms lack the internal resources or are impeded by an inordinate toxicosis they become chronic and fail to mutate retrograde to their benign seed form, while compounding symptoms. H pylori as a pathogen is an unsubstantiated THEORY with absolutely no understanding of natural design.

From this perspective there are many options to restore normal symbiosis between terrain and the microbiome, and in the case of gut issues inappropriately blamed on H pylori I would recommend looking into Mastic Tree Resin as a wonderful gut regenerative including what medics relate to as a victimization by H pylori. I am releasing Illumined Digest in a couple of weeks that combines 3 proprietary Herbal, Probiotic & Enzyme blends that include this very powerful resin from trees unique to the Greek island of Chios.

The Germ Theory of disease must be thoroughly eradicated from the collective consciousness if we are to progress as a species … no hyperbole here, as it’s really that important on so many levels. I’d like to open this discussion up to further elaborate on the GT agenda and the ramifications of this medical sacred cow.
