Hello Dr. Barre. Before I bombard you with yet another medical question, I want to thank you for all the time you take to answer all of our questions! I feel incredibly blessed to be connected up with you and this community of brilliant souls and to have a platform to ask these questions.

My question is in regards to how you or a terrain physician would look at Grave’s Disease and hyperthyroidism. My healthy and vibrant 14-year old niece suddenly lost over 20 pounds over the course of a few months, her eyes have become very sunken in and enlarged, and she was admitted into the hospital recently due to a resting heart rate of 115! She is an athletic dancer, so this was shocking. She was diagnosed with Grave’s disease and put on medication to stabilize her. In the meantime, her mama and I are desperately looking outside of allopathic medicine for help for her, before it does more harm than good for her.

Some lab results are:

TSI: 312 %, Thyroxine Free (FT4C): 8.9 NG/DL, T3 (TT3): 797 NG/DL

WBC: 5.0 K/uL, RBC 4/58 M/uL, Hemoglobin 12/6 g/dL, Hematocrit: 35.3%, MVC: 77.1 fL

Creatine: 0.33 MG/DL, Glucose, Bid 108 mg/dL, Bun/Creatinine: 45.5

TSH: 0.008 uIU/mL, significant protein in urine and “moderate” (?!) bacteria in urine sample

No jab. Funnily (and suspiciously) she also tested positive for Covid while in the hospital, though probably unrelated to the big picture of what’s happening with her.

Her acupuncturist has her on a protocol of Thytrophin PMG, Folic Acid B12, and Biofilm Probalance

Interestingly, this “disease”has coincided with a significant emotional adjustment in her life. She decided to move across the country with her mother, leaving her father (whom she was happy to leave) and her brother behind. She is so happy to be living permanently with her mother, but I suspect German new medicine may have a link to the emotional aspect of what is going on?

Can you provide any insights or directions for us to look into for our sweet Lizzie?
