Emergency advice needed @barre or anyone please!

I’m currently going through the worst illness I think I ever have in my life. In old world terms it would probably be called flu but it’s been a 4 week long haul of shivering, vomiting (rare for me), diarrhoea, weeks of sweats, stomach and then colon cramps, eyesight deterioration, migraines, belching and the most horrendous non-productive cough. Because of the cough I haven’t had more than 40 mins to 2 hours sleep a night for about 2 weeks now and my legs are bloated and swollen from having to spend every night in a chair in a pathetic attempt to not cough. I was a wee bit battered to start off with, I’m currently a wheelchair user and on crutches round the house which limits exercise solutions but I am never this ill, it was like a whole series of illnesses was rolled out against me one by one. I’m absolutely shaky, weak and exhausted, feel wired from lack of sleep and food and my blood sugar has slipped out of control (I was officially “diabetic” but changing my life, not taking anything) which is the scary part as I’m fighting plunging into sudden blackout sleeps in case I don’t come out of them (that’s how it feels anyway!). It’s the most horrific feeling of unwellness I’ve ever had in my life, I can’t even put into words what it feels like.

I just don’t feel like I’m getting any better, more the other way and it’s become a bit frightening, I can’t stand another night of zero sleep and forcing myself to eat and being barely able to get across the house. I’ve been taking all sorts….echinacea, elecampagne, mullein tea, 12 in 1 cell salts, essential oils, Vit C, Ivy Compound, have bought a nutri bullet to get fresh stuff inside me. I’m craving daylight, it’s a dark house and a very dark time of year but the only light I’m getting is when my partner takes me for a quick push in the wheelchair though the poor thing is pushing me a couple of miles in icy, freezing weather. I only cough a little bit when we’re outside so I’m hanging everything on a theory that a humidifier that’s just being picked up now will stop the unbearable incessant coughing. If I could have some normal sleep I think other things would slip into place The cough is the main issue I think, it just goes onn for hours and days.

This is a restrained account of how it’s been, I’m actually freaked out now by my lack of ability to get better and I don’t know what else to do, it’s just not making sense. I can’t afford things I’d like like Browns Gas Machines etc.or to see a practitioner. Health advice wasn’t my reason for joining Alfa Vedic, I was wanting to contribute instead so I feel a bit embarrassed posting this but that’s how desperado I’m feeling today. Any advice from anyone would be very gratefully received ♥️

P.S. Just thought, some Alfa Vedic products would probably fill in some needed gaps, do you ship to the UK yet if only for members?

Hi Sonya, I’m sorry you’re experiencing such discomfort. I’ve found Dr. Cowan’s platform https://newbiologyclinic.com/ to be a valuable resource for addressing emergent or chronic issues. They have M.D.s on staff for consultation who are in alignment with terrain theory. All the best!

First of all, sending you so much love and healing prayers. This community is here for you, don’t feel badly for seeking help. I agree The New Biology Clinic could be a good place to seek help as your illness sounds quite complex. I would also suggest looking into a mobile IV clinic that can come to you and give you a “nutrient cocktail” to support your blood sugar, fluids and overall nutrients as I am guessing you’re becoming deficient given all that’s coming out of you. Wishing you all the best as you heal from this ❤️‍🩹

Oh wow so sorry to hear this Sonya! Can you get your hands on a nebulizer? Start nebulizing 1 to 1 food grade h2o2 to distilled water for the cough and run a diffuser at night while you try to sleep with some essential oils for the lungs like oregano and white thyme. I would try and get some homeopathic remedies as well like Aconite, Arsenicum, Pulsatilla & Ferum Phosphate. These are all low cost remedies that can hopefully help with the cough.

If you can get one of those home lights for SADD it sounds like you could use it because of where you live etc, sounds like you are not getting enough D at all.

If you would like a distance healing, please send me a photo of yourself and a the general area where you live. It doesn’t have to be specific, but something like “western wales” or “Co Kerry Ireland” etc.

This is free of course. And please don’t be embarrassed at all, that’s what we are here for. Everyone is on their health journey and navigating these times is trickier than it has been before.

Sonya! Poor thing. I’m sorry. Honestly after missing sleep for a few nights most people’s health starts to fade. Don’t panic and obviously…it’s hard right now to coordinate care. I second Cowan’s site and just suggest plenty of liquids, breathing and trusting that the worst is probably over by now! Less may be more when it comes to experimentation. What a doozy! Keep up posted…thought I’d not heard a peep from you for quite a while! Sending love and I’ll pray for you.

So sorry to hear that you are not well. So many great offers above. You might also try running a hot shower to fill you bathroom with steam and breathing in it for 15-20 min. Try breathing peppermint and rosemary essential oils to calm tracheal muscles and ease respiration. Please let us know how you are doing. Sending prayers for healing 🙏🏻.

Hi everyone, can I just say a huge thankyou for all the advice, comments and messages, it’s been touching receiving the love from the other side of the world,I love this community.

I’m usually pretty good at taking care of myself but I think this is the most unwell I’ve been in my whole life so I was actually a but scared when I posted the other night or I wouldn’t have said anything and just couldn’t think of anything else to tip the balance. I had actually just purchased an electrical humidifier to go next to the bed/chair after Googling for ideas plus others mentioned similar here. Omg! Iit was like a miracle! It didn’t entirely solve the breathing/coughing problem but there was 90% improvement! From something so simple!!I’d been coughing 24 hours a day incessantly previous to that.

The other key problem is my blood sugar. I keep plunging into what I think are hypoglycaemic drops which mean I’m almost panting and can’t catch my breath. You feel horrendous I and it’s gone on for hours each time with hardly any breath and heart racing. It was so had tonight we were on the verge of ringing an ambulance about an hour ago which I really don’t want to do. I’ve lived with blood sugar issues most of my adult life though I’ve thought of some new things for going forwards, gotta make the most of every learning process! I’ve been force feeding myself nuts and herbal bitters have helped a bit but does anyone have any suggestions for any techniques/devices/substances for snapping blood sugar into place and halting rapid hypoglycaemic plunges??? Exercise helps balance things effectively but I’m stuck in a wheelchair at the moment and chair dancing isn’t touching it! Just going to the bathroom means I’m doing rapid pants and can’t breath effectively. If you know me the fact that I’ve even considered an ambulance shows how bad it’s been tonight.Any further ideas just on that issue would be much appreciated. I think a month with hardly any food or sleep means my body is pretty depleted and wired already.

Hi Sonya, no tricks up my sleeve to balance blood sugar, however plenty of health fats like raw milk, butter; proteins like eggs meats and fish can help stabilize blood sugar. You are likely familiar with Westonaprice.org? A great resource.

Great 😊 I’m a member and go to WPA meetings in Chester County (Honeybrook PA) on a 36 acre Mennonite farm. There are 4 generations of one family living in the big barn we meet in; working when of age, and at the meetings too. We have a huge potluck and the speakers and their presentations are all food/farming related! There’s a shop too with everything farm fresh to buy and bring home (Pasture To Fork).

berberine herb is good for blood sugar – I totally understand this upgrade that you are going through- the same happened to me before the pandemic…I still don’t know exactly what it was but I think it may have had to do with EMF. Hang in there Sonya – you can get through this!!!

Not sure if you’ve heard back from Dr. Barre but if not, you could tap into Dr. Robert Morse, I’m dealing with a lot of what you’re experiencing, I have stage 5 kidney failure and I suspect you might have some kidney and lymphatic issues causing these other symptoms. I did NOT allow the Babylon quacks to put me on dialysis, 6 months now or longer, diet and herbs are helping get out of Hellville and back to Wellville. Good luck. https://morses.tv/
