    Dr Barre and all.

I will try and keep this as brief and to the point as possible.

I am searching for some advise from anyone who has ever suffered from this condition and still does. I have suffered from Eczema on and off since I was twelve. It was extremely severe in my early teenage years. It affected huge areas of my body (legs/groin/backside/arms) most notably; as well as impacting my self-esteem at the time (the golden years). It is the only ailment that has continued to elude me throughout my early teen and adult life. As a result and god bless my parents I have spent many years on repeat prescription steroid creams. However, since learning about germ theory/bioterrain/GNM in the last 18 months I have discontinued my use of this heavily so as to try to observe and understand what is actually ‘triggering’ this condition.

I am a routine taker of cell salts my sun sign being Gemini DOB 27th of May 1990 and the retrograde salts. I take carbon 60 oil almost everyday and recently have discontinued coffee and reduced sugar significantly as I am trying to see if this condition is an adrenal cortex deficiency (I think i’ve got that right?) Diet has been adjusted recently as well to try and reflect this.

In short, my symptoms are re-emerging not to horrifying degrees but enough that a man wants to stop having a stand off scratching match with his skin. From what ive gleaned here; the symptom is the messenger ‘the angel’ as I like to say and the rash is the body trying to heal from the inside out. However I finding it hard to ‘stay with the program’ and get to the bottom of this (no pun intended).

I am well aware of the pyschological component behind these issues and I am speaking to a Kinesiologist this week as I have heard that this has been fruitful for people with my condition. Just a note, I have spent alot of time through various modes of therapy in the last seven years trying to remedy this situation.

I am also aware of the EMF situation and other situations that you all speak about on here. But it is siginificantly hard to deduce what sparks these ‘chain of events’ within my body.

Lastly winter can bring on the symptoms worse and I used to not suffer during the summer months. However I was lashing on cream over the winter period so perhaps this numbed the symptoms so much so it caused a considerably lag time? Alas it is summer now and it is here.

    Many thanks.

    JC

Hi James, I feel for you man. My girlfriend suffered really badly to where her hands and feet would be raw and bleeding. I tried everything to help her and after dealing with this for 2 years I found this that has completely cleared it up. We have no idea how but it did within 10 days. Here is the link and I wish you the very best as I know first hand how bad that condition is. https://cultivateelevate.com/dragons-blood-capsules/

Hal thank you very much for your response. I have heard of this product before but did not know it could help alleviate these symptoms. Glad to hear it worked for your girlfriend.

I am very proud of your tenacity, James. I had it off & on for almost 3 years & it was so frustrating wondering what to do to heal my body. Fortunately, the symptoms have not returned, & I really don’t know why. I took a lot of supplements & avoided certain “common allergen” foods, w/ the help of a practitioner, but I really don’t think it was food. Have you looked into GNM’s take on it? Here is a course by Dr. Melissa Sell on eczema:

I wish you ALL the best!!!

Thank you for your ever so kind words Kimberly. Yes I have a sense now that it doesn’t feel ‘food related.’ I am and have been looking into GMN take on this condition and thank you for that this link is very helpful. Did you do some work yourself on this subject as a matter of interest?

Oh, I do feel for you. I’ve had it for such long periods of my life ALL over my body (scratching until I bleed) and it was difficult to get rid of. It started when I was a young child and over so much of my adult years. I suspect what heals it is different for all of us. Just like diets can be different for all of us. We all have different experiences in life.

My personal thoughts on my issue is that it was some sort of toxin or poisoning. I believe all illness is either lack of something or too much of something (toxic/poisoning) and sometimes a combination. I believe my liver was overloaded, couldn’t handle the burden, so my skin had to provide an outlet. The more I had poisoned myself, clogged up my skin (skin care with plastics, glycerin, etc.), clogged up all the outlets of my body (kidneys, colon, skin, lungs, etc.) the longer it took for things to come out and the situation to resolve. I actually had been eating pretty clean for a while, but stopping the creams, lotions, and potions was HARD and it got so much worse (as everything now had an outlet). I had basically put the equivalent of plastic wrap on my body and my skin couldn’t take anything in or out. I feel I had damaged my natural skin barrier by using the products that I did for years…it no longer knew how to function or provide the barrier itself.

Things that helped me. Coffee enemas weekly, electrolytes afterwards. Epson Salt baths (magnesium sulfate). Natural fabrics. Cotton gloves from the pharmacy to wear at night to help prevent scratching. If I had known about it at the time, Liver Gall Bladder Flushes per Andreas Moritz (his updated book on this). Colonics might help as well.

Lots of vegetables, fiber, fruits, clean water, and all that. You’re here, so I expect you get that part. But, I think we have to be careful and be sure we are replenishing the body as well. Like Dr. Barre says in some of his presentations…we don’t want to be too acidic or too alkaline. We aim for balance. I would be prepared it may take a while and not be easy, but it’s worth it. I hardly use even natural oils on my skin on my body, there are no rashes (unless something is really wrong), few scars, and I know you realize how happy it makes me. It was worth the difficulty in getting here and I did learn a lot on the way.

I wish you the best! The sooner you start, the sooner you will get there! 😉

Thank you very much Mary. I do agree with alot of what you are saying here. Perhaps as a child if I had let the original outbreaks to follow its natural course then, as you say we wouldn’t be ‘paying’ for it now. For now I am letting the skin do its thing and observing as best I can. I am slowly eliminating all these various toxic substances that come into contact with our bodies as well but it is such a minefield these days and staying vigiliant can be a real battle! Thank you for your insights and sharing.

I don’t know much (if anything) about eczema specifically (other than allopathy is most certainly uninformed), but as you point out Mary, anything to do with the skin trying to expel or express something indicates to me that the liver isn’t working optimally, and so isn’t detoxing well enough, which then leads to expressing through the skin.. and as you say, the toxic burden of this current world (I would say for sure) has us all in overdrive.. I’m doing hardcore detox myself and supporting the liver as much as I can, and it’s remarkable what’s appearing on my skin and trying to get pushed out.. (will save details of my protocols for now, or how I’m doing things)..

I’m sure Dr. Barre will have a wider and more experienced and nuanced perspective on the liver’s role in all this.. I also can’t help but wonder how a really competent terrain-oriented Chinese medicine doctor could help in this.. My hunch would be a view on the liver, but in my experience, it’s not just reductionist like that, and they look at an integrated whole (interplay between organs), as well as the emotional and vital energy flowing through the body..

But I’mma stop before I get going on it.. Just wanted to say, yeah, such things scream liver to me.. I’m sure a Chinese doctor would have herbal protocols for this.. My naturopath merges Western & Chinese herbology, and the experience I’ve had supporting the liver (with readily-available Western herbs alone) has been night & day.. 🌸

You can try amino acid L-histadine along with methylated folate such as life extension. Eczema can be caused by a FLG gene mutation that is activated by stressors. You can get tested for this gene mutation as well.

I am currently studying GNM through a group mentorship. I am new to this but it’s my understanding that eczema is due to a separation conflict. This could be the result of being separated from someone or something you love, or conversely, it can be due to wanting to separate yourself from a situation/person but are unable to. I would suggest reflecting back on the time when your eczema was first triggered and see if you can find the event that may have triggered this separation conflict. Once you have figured out what that initial conflict was, I would try to uncover situations you have currently been experiencing that may act as tracks/triggers. For example, how did you feel when that first conflict happened? Perhaps shocked, scared, lonely, isolated, etc. What events in your current life have caused you to feel the same way? Then work on resolving those feelings. Sometimes it can be as simple as acknowledging the conflict and reassuring yourself that you are now safe/loved/supported/etc. so that your psyche can send the message to your brain and corresponding organ (the skin in this case) that it’s safe to heal. Remember that the healing phase will likely be symptomatic, but it will pass! Wishing you all the best!

From family who lost someone and my own…leprosy / road kill skin episode that I went through where I looked like a bloated whore corpses found in one of those corny murder detective shows here is my safe wisdom:

    1. Yes to what Erin says

    2. Yes, the more you put on it / the more it’s trying to adjust

    3. Do what feels good – your body is asking you politely (yes, eczema is politely asking psoriasis and Morgellons start to be rather rude interruptions…)

But itchiness is a whole level of hell that I truly send my heartfelt condolences and most empathetic sentiments. Itchiness will bring the strongest, toughest man to his knees. So say my friend, the merchant marine who captains the biggest ships on the world lives in the wilderness and hunts when he is off duty. When I was dealing with my skin stuff he said that chiggers left him crying on the floor of his bathroom in the shower for an entire day. Lol not funny. But…I mean…you’ve got to laugh at how freaking annoying and embarrassing rashes are. So…

Yes please do what your skin wants and do not be embarrassed! Nobody cares! Most people have had a rash in their life and they actually like you more and send you healing vibes! Go to the beach! Swim in the ocean…get into the sunlight! Take naked ice baths in the back yard…Sit in a field at a concert in shorts – do whatever feels good in the world. Itching alone at home in the darkness is not a healing strategy.

So that’s my 2cents. I wish I could give you a big flaky hug!
