I’ve listened to dozens of conversations with Veda, but this one was particularly good for me.. A lot of talk about water consciousness and spirit and our relationship with it, and its role in our healing and getting things right again.. (Video is 1 hour 36 minutes)..

Thanks, Kev, I’ll have a listen, I haven’t heard this one. I learnt Veda’s freezing technique almost three years ago and have been working with her since.

Hey John.. much of last year (2023), I did a daily imprint (with words) and freezing of water, and then would eat the crystals — all inspired by Veda’s story of a woman on like 12 pharma drugs and all these chronic conditions, being totally healed in 6 months, having used this approach.. I didn’t use (as I don’t know) Veda’s quick freezing method of a shallow dish of water, but I did freeze to a soft crystal, sometimes almost like slush.. (beautiful crystals too)..

It was all very intense, having developed this relationship and open communication with water, and then imprinting intention into the water (or, water taking that on, almost like a homeopathic imprint, or succussion)..

Veda’s crystalography technique I’d like to learn, and see what I can see with various words and influences.. but, that’s on my list of 5276 things I want to learn to do, and not a priority at this point.. I’m just trying to get around to building a bamboo Russian pyramid over the next couple days.. Lol..

Haha! It sound like you may have come close to performing her method. It’s pretty straightforward and not difficult. The idea is to place a thin layer of water in whatever vessel you have, I/we use a standard 100mm glass Petri dish but any clear flat bottomed dish will do. The water freezes in three layers or stages; the first layer freezes on the surface of the glass, the second on the surface of the water and finally the liquid water in between the two layers freezes leaving a solid piece of ice. Veda’s technique utilizes the first layer to form which is on the surface of the dish. Once that layer freezes you pour off the remaining bulk water to reveal the crystallography. So, don’t put too much water in the dish and don’t freeze for too long, you almost always have bulk water to pour off. In a freezer this can take anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes depending on a few variables. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Oh, and all the best on the pyramid!

Ah yes, that’s all what I remember.. thanks for the reminders.. The key of course being a small amount of water.. I wasn’t doing that necessarily.. In terms of ingesting the ice crystals, I think taking it to the second stage, so there are crystals on the surface of the water is where you want to go.. regardless of amount of water in the dish (I used a flat, wide ceramic “catch dish” you put under a potted plant), I would freeze to get the surface crystals and then scoop them off while the rest was still water.. So I think I was close..

I’ve been looking into Russian pyramid research and the healing effects of the slope angle they use (76.345 degrees, based on Golden Ratio scaling), which is related to, but much different to the Giza pyramids.. They found that metallics are not the best materials to use, but rather PVC or wood, or a non-metallic.. I foraged some dried bamboo stalks from the neighborhood and gonna start cutting and strapping it all together tomorrow.. I’m thinkin’ 6-foot tall to start.. I did trigonometry.. Lol.. 🤸‍♂️

Hey John!.. My pyramid turned out perfect!.. I did a whole write-up about it and posted it elsewhere, but here’s a photo.. 2’3″ square base, and 4’7″ tall.. I kept it a modest size only because I don’t have room in my apartment for something bigger.. I’m gonna sit under it.. 🙂
